What is an AquaGold™ facial?
An AquaGold™ facial uses 24-karat gold plated microfine needles to deliver a customized cocktail of Botox, hyaluronic acid, and platelet rich plasma 600microns deep into the surface of the skin.
Over the 4-7 days post facial, you will see your skin will become smooth and glassy. This treatment is perfect if you’re looking to shrink pores, eliminate fine lines and wrinkles, and give your skin a plumper, more refreshed look.
What to expect during a treatment
Prior to treatment, a local anesthetic is administered to decrease discomfort during the procedure.
You may feel a slight pinch or pressure during the injections, but any discomfort is typically minimal.
The procedure itself takes 15-20 minutes.
You may have a very small amount of pinpoint bleeding where the needle was inserted. This usually subsides in 2-4 hours.
What to expect after a treatment
After an AquaGold™ treatment, some temporary redness, swelling, or bruising may occur around at the injection sites, but these effects are usually mild and subside within a few hours.
